The Listing Process

Thank you for the opportunity to list and sell your home. As a seller this process can be a stressful time especially when last minute situations arise, but it is my mission along with my team to make this process as smooth and effortless as possible. See timeline below for standard marketing and procedures.

One month before home hits market:

  • Confirm listing agreement with seller
  • Staging and cleaning services complete
  • Install Intero sign at property
  • Announce listing at sales meeting
  • Extensive marketing and advertising efforts on real estate magazines, postcards or other methods depending on the circumstances
  • Professional photographer comes in to take the appropriate photos
  • Set up showcasing service of property
  • Create and deliver listing brochures
  • Upload listing

10-20 days on the market:

  • Schedule and host second open house
  • Provide and discuss feedback
  • Continue to follow-up with agents that have shown the property
  • On average your home will be under contract by this time. In the event your home is still on the market we will have a meeting to discuss the feedback we’ve received and put together an action plan to increase the salability of your home
